This bootcamp isn't designed to teach you the basic functionality of LiveManager (we have a certification for that). Instead, this will be a hands-on set-up session, so you leave with actual templates and work orders in place to help you begin to automate your operations.

This workshop is custom built for owners and general managers who are either not in the trenches to fully understand the LiveRez platform and the plethora of offerings or simply have too much on your plate and you need the quick access, highlighted tools that will allow you to have a better glimpse of the gaps and successes of your operations. This session will allow you to not only break away from the every day and converse with other business owners but also break away from some of the poor habits that have evolved over time in your operation. This workshop will expose you to the key tools in LiveRez that will allow you to monitor the progress, give insight on how other companies are setting goals in their strategic planning efforts and most of all, exchange knowledge on the ways each participant are tackling foundational aspects of the operation.

Managing a Housekeeping department: The Toughest Job You Will Ever Love!Afternoon SessionA great band consists of many elements including drums, guitar, bass, fiddle, voice, and rhythm. When each element plays their part well, you will see and hear an amazing performance like the “Jailhouse Rock". In many ways a housekeeping department is the same. As each person plays their part in the housekeeping process, the guests, owners, and employees see and feel the sync and rhythm of the work. We will discuss and build a framework on how all these pieces come together for rhythm and success.
A little bit closer to the big day, you'll have the opportunity to sign up for one-on-one sessions with your favorite LiveRez team member in the Partner Hub. The agenda is totally up to you. This is a great chance to tackle a complex support question, get some guidance on setting up a new section of the system or...whatever else you can think of!
